How is a MicroLaserPeel treatment performed?

MicroLaserPeel treatments are performed in our comfortable Zuliani Facial Aesthetics office in Bloomfield Hills. Your skin will be cleansed, and protective shields will be placed over your eyes.

Once ready, the handpiece is then positioned above the targeted area as the computer-guided scanner moves the laser beam over the skin. The procedure usually only lasts about 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area. Since the laser only penetrates the top layers of the skin, treatments are typically well-tolerated with our air chiller.

What can be expected after a MicroLaserPeel treatment?

After your MicroLaserPeel session, you may experience some redness and mild inflammation, similar to a sunburn. These side effects typically subside as the exfoliated skin starts to peel away. Most patients begin to see an improvement in tone, texture, and evenness once the skin heals in approximately 2-3 days.
